New owner, new staff, or too many people know the old one.
Try fresh batteries first. On many safes the battery spot is on the outside, under the number pad. If new batteries don't wake it up, call us.
Some safes let you, if you have the current combination and the maker's steps. Without the current one, or if the lock won't take the new one, call us.
